මෙය අවසන් පරිශීලකයා වන ඔබ සහ, කතෘ, එනම් වැඩසටහනේ සංවර්ධකයා අතර, එතිකල් හැකිං සිංහල පාඩම් නැමැති අධ්‍යාපනික මෘදුකාංගය භාවිතා කිරීම හා සම්බන්ධව පවතින නීත්‍යානුකූල ගිවිසුමයි. ඔබ මෙම මෘදුකාංගය ඉන්ස්ටෝල් කිරීමෙන් පසු මෙම ගිවිසුමේ කොන්දේසිවලට බැඳී පවතී.

1. බලපත‍්‍රය නිකුත් කිරීම

මෘදුකාංගයේ කතෘ ඔබට (තනි පුද්ගලයෙකුට) අහෝසිකළ හැකි, පෞද්ගලික, පොදු නොවන සහ පැවරිය නොහැකි අයිතියක් මෙම මෘදුකාංගය තනි පරිගණකයක පමණක්, තනිකරම පුද්ගල භාවිතය සඳහා ඉන්ස්ටෝල් කිරීමට සහ සක‍්‍රීය කිරීමට ලබා දෙයි.

අනෙකුත් තනි පුද්ගලයින් සමග මෙම මෘදුකාංගය බෙදා ගැනීම, මෙම මෘදුකාංගයේ අන්තර්ගතයන් අනෙකුත් තනි පුද්ගලයින්ට මෙම මෘදුකාංගයේ අන්තර්ගතයන් නිරීක්ෂණයට ඉඩ හැරීම, මෙම බලපත‍්‍රය උල්ලංඝණය කිරීමක් වෙයි.

ඔබට මෘදුකාංගය ජාලයක් තුළ ස්ථාපිත කිරීම හෝ, බහු පරිශීලක භාවිතය සඳහා සැපයීම සිදු කළ නොහැකිය.

2. බලපත‍්‍ර යතුර

ඔබ මෘදුකාංගය ඉන්ස්ටෝල් කිරීමෙන් පසු ලියාපදිංචි යතුර (registration key) ලබා ගැනීමට සක‍්‍රීය කිරීමේ යතුර (activation key) කතෘට යැවිය යුතුය. මෙම මෘදුකාංගය තනිකරම තනි පරිගණකයක භාවිතා කරීම සඳහායි. එක් මෘදුකාංග පිටපතක් එනම් එක් සංයුක්ත තැටියක් බහු පරිශීලක භාවිතය සඳහා ඉඩ හරිනු නොලැබේ. ඔබ නිෂ්පාදනය ලියාපදිංචි කළපසු ඔබට මාස 18 ක කාලයක් තුළ එනම් දින 18x30 ක කාලයකදී එලෙස ලියාපදිංචි යතුර 8 වතාවක් ලබා ගත හැකිය. එසේ ලබා ගැනීමට ඉඩ සලසා ඇත්තේ මෙහෙයුම් පද්ධතිය ප‍්‍රතිස්ථාපනය, මැල්වෙයා ප‍්‍රහාරයක් හෝ පද්ධතිය අළුත් කිරීම හෝ එවැනි කාරණයන් වලදී මතුවන ගැටළු සලකා බැලිමෙනි. මෙම කාලය ඉක්ම ගිය පසු කතෘ තවදුරටත් ලියාපදිංචි යතුර සැපයීම සිදු නොකරයි. නමුත් පරිශීලකයාට එම ලියාපදිංචිය භාවිතා කරමින් මෘදුකාංගය දිගටම භාවිතා කළ හැකිය.

3. ප‍්‍රකාශන හිමිකම්

කතෘගේ අයිතිය සතුව ඇති මෙම මෘදුකාංගය ප‍්‍රකාශන හිමිකම් නීතියෙන් සහ ජාත්‍යන්තර ප‍්‍රකාශන හිමිකම් සම්මුතීන්ගෙන් ආරක්ෂා කොට ඇත. ඔබට මෙම මෘදුකාංගයේ ඇති කිසිදු හිමිකම් සටහනක්, ලේබලයක් හෝ සලකුණක් ඉවත් කිරීම හෝ සැඟවීම සිදු කළ නොහැකිය.

4. තහනම් කරන ලද භාවිතයන්

ඔබ සහ ඔබ විසින් අනෙක් අයවළුන්ට මේවා සිදු කිරීමට අවසර නොදිය යුතුය. (අ) පසු ඉංජිනේරු, ඩිකම්පයිල්, ඩිකෝඩ්, ඩික‍්‍රිප්ට්, ඩිස්ඇසෙම්බල් යනාදී කිසිදු ක‍්‍රමයකින් මෘදුකාංගයේ මූලාශ‍්‍ර කේතය ව්‍යුත්පන්න කිරීම; (ආ) වෙනස් කිරීම, බෙදා හැරීම හෝ මෘදුකාංගයෙන් ව්‍යූත්පන්න කොටස් නිර්මාණය කිරීම; (ඇ) පිටපත් කිරීම (එක් කොපියකට වඩා), බෙදාහැරීම, ප‍්‍රසිද්ධියේ ප‍්‍රදර්ශනය, සම්පේ‍්‍රශණය, විකිණීම, බද්දට දීම, ණයට දීම වැනි ක‍්‍රියාවලින් මෘදුකාංගය අයුතු ලෙස භාවිතා නොකළ යුතුය. නීත්‍යානුකූලව ඔබ විසින් භාවිතා කළ යුත්තේ ඔබ විසින් මිලදී ගත් පිටපත පමණි. මෙම මෘදුකාංගය සමග ලබා ගත් දෑ ඔබේ පෞද්ගලික භාවිතය සඳහා පමණි.

5. කොන්දේසි

මෙම බලපත‍්‍රය අත්හිටුවන තෙක් වලංගු වේ. ඔබ වැඩසටහන, ඊට අදාල ලේඛණ විනාශ කිරීමෙන් පසු බලපත‍්‍රය අත්හිටුවීම සිදු වේ. එසේම ගිවිසුමේ සඳහන් කොන්දේසි හෝ තත්ත්වයන්ට අනුකූලවීමට ඔබ අපොහොසත් වන්නේනම් මෙම බලපත‍්‍රය අත්හිටුවනු ලැබේ. එවැනි අත්හිටුවීමකදී වැඩසටහනේ සහ ලේඛණවල සියළු පිටපත් විනාශ කිරීමට හෝ නැවත ඒවා කතෘට භාරදීමට ඔබ විසින් බැඳී සිටී.

6. වගකීම

මෙම අධ්‍යාපනික මෘදුකාංගයේ අරමුණ පරිශීලකයින්ගේ තොරතුරු සන්නිවේදන තාක්ෂණය පිළිබඳ දැනුම සහ කුශලතාවය දියුණු කිරීමයි. කතෘ පරිශීලකයින්ගේ පරිගණක ආරක්ෂාව පිළිබඳ දැනුම වැඩි කිරීමට සහ මැල්වෙයා සහ එවැනි හානිකර ප‍්‍රහාර වලින් ආරක්ෂාව ලබා ගැනීමට හැකියාව ඇති කිරීම අපේක්ෂා කරයි. එසේම තවත් අරමුණක් වන්නේ තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණික සුපරීක්ෂාකාරීත්වය වැඩි කරමින් ආරක්ෂක තර්ජනයන්ට එරෙහිව ක‍්‍රියා කිරීමට හැකියාව ලබා දීමයි. එබැවින් මෙහි දැනුම අධ්‍යාපනික අරමුණු උදෙසා පමණක් භාවිතා කරන ලෙස කතෘ ඔබට නිර්දේශ කරයි. ඔබ මෙහි දැනුම භාවිතයෙන් නීති විරෝධී හෝ හානිකර දෑ සිදු නොකළ යුතුය. ඔබ එවැනි නීති විරෝධී සහ හානිකර කටයුතු සඳහා මෙහි දැනුම භාවිතා කළ හොත් ශ‍්‍රී ලංකාවේ 2007 පරිගණක අපරාධ පනත සහ එහු පසුව ආ සංශෝධනයන්ට අනුව ඔබ පරිගණක අපරාධයක් සිදු කිරීමට වැරදිකරු විය හැකිය. එවැනි අවස්ථාවල ලැබෙන ප‍්‍රතිවිපාක ඔබ විසින් පෞද්ගලිකව විඳ දරා ගත යුතු වන අතර කතෘ විසින් කිසිදු වගකීමක් ඒ සඳහා දරනු නොලැබේ. ඔබ මෙම අධ්‍යාපනික වැඩසටහන භාවිතා කරනු ඇත්තේ මෙය පිළිබඳව මනා වැටහීමකින් යුතුවයි.

7. වෙනත් වගකීම් නැත.

මෙම මෘදුකාංගය දෝෂ වලින් රහිත එකක් බවට කතෘට සහතිකයක් ලබා දිය නොහැකිය. කතෘ මෘදුකාංගය හා සබැඳි අනෙකුත් සෑම වගකීමක්ම එනම්, ප‍්‍රකාශිත හෝ අප‍්‍රකාශිත, ඇතුල් කොට ඇති මුත් වාණිජමය වගකීම පිළිබඳ අදහසක් සීමා කොට නැති විට, විශේෂිත අරමුණකට යෝග්‍ය නොවීම හෝ තෙවන පාර්ශවීය අයිතිවාසිකම් යන දෑය.

8. කේන්ද්‍රීයබව

මෙම බලපත‍්‍රයේ යම් කොටසක වලංගුභාවය නොපවතින අවස්ථාවක, බලපත‍්‍රයේ ඇති අනෙකුත් කොටස්වල වලංගුභාවයට බලපෑමක් සිදු නොවේ.

9. ආනුෂංගික හානි සඳහා බැඳීසිටීමක් නැත

මෙම මෘදුකාංගය ලබාදීමේදී, භාවිතා කිරීමේදී ඕනෑම ආනුෂංගික, විශේෂ, සංසිද්ධිමය හෝ වක‍්‍ර හානි පැන නඟින විට එවැනි හානි සඳහා කතෘ හෝ මෙම මෘදුකාංගය සපයන්නා ඒ සඳහා බැඳී නොසිටී. මොනයම් අවස්ථාවකදී හෝ එවැනි අවශේෂ හානි සඳහා හානි පූරණය කිරීමට කතෘ බැඳී නොසිටී.

මෙම මෘදුකාංගය ඉන්ස්ටෝල් කිරීම සිදු කරන්නේ ඔබ සහ කතෘ අතර ඇති අවබෝධතා ගිවිසුම ඔබ විසින් පැහැදිලිව කියවා බලා මෙහි ඇති ගිවිසුම් සහ කොන්දේසි වටහා ගැනීමෙන් පසු බව විශ්වාස කෙරේ. ඔබ විසින් මෙම ගිවිසුම ආරක්ෂා කිරීමට බැඳී සිටී.

This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and author, the developer of the program, regarding your use of this educational software, Ethical Hacking Sinhala Lessons. By installing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

The author of the software grants to you (an individual) the revocable, personal, non-exclusive, and nontransferable right to install and activate the Software on single computers solely for your personal purpose only.

Sharing this Software with other individuals, or allowing other individuals to view the contents of this Software, is in violation of this license.

You may not make the Software available on a network, or in any way provide the Software to multiple users.

2. LICENSE KEY

After you have installed the software you should have to send activation key to author of the software to receive the registration key. This software solely used for single PC only. Do not allow the Single CD or single software copy for multi user purpose. After you have registered the product further you will be able to get the registration key until 18 months periods (30x18 days) in eight (8) time, if you have encountered other problems replace operating systems, malware attack or renewed system or by similar reasons. After expiring the above mentioned time periods author will not provide registration key further. But user can use product further with remain registration functionality of the software.

3. COPYRIGHT

The Software is owned by the author and protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties. You may not remove or conceal any proprietary notices, labels or marks from the Software.

4. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

You may not, and you may not permit others to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, decode, decrypt, disassemble, or in any way derive source code from, the Software; (b) modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software; (c) copy (other than one back-up copy), distribute, publicly display, transmit, sell, rent, lease or otherwise exploit the Software. You may only use this software for use in your purchases or obtaining content by other legal means. The content obtained by you with this software shall only be used for personal purposes only.

5. TERMS

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying the program, the documentation and copies thereof. This license will also terminate if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy all copies of the program and of the documentation, or return them to the author.

6. RESPONSIBILITY

Purpose of this educational software is increasing the ICT knowledge and ICT skills of the users. Author hopes to increase their knowledge on computer security and ability to prevent malware and similar vicious attacks. Also another purpose is improving the IT vigilance of the user withstands against the security threats. So author recommend you to exercise and practice this knowledge for your educational purpose only. You should not use this knowledge for illegal or harmful activities. If you use this knowledge to do any illegal and harmful or other threaten activities you have committed crime defined by computer crime act 2007 and latest revise version in Sri Lanka. In such case you have to bear any consequence personally and author will not bear any responsibility for anything. You will use this educational program understanding this condition well.

7. NO OTHER WARRANTIES.

AUTHOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE IS ERROR FREE. AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.

8. SEVERABILITY

In the event of invalidity of any provision of this license, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this license.

9. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTHOR OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE DELIVERY, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL AUTHOR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE PAID BY YOU, IF ANY.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FORE GOING AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND SUPERSEDES ALL PROPOSED OR PRIOR AGREEMENTS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE PARTIES RELATING TO THE LICENSE DESCRIBED HEREIN.
